Psalm 55:16-17  As for me, I will call upon God and the Lord shall save me. Evening, morning and at noon I will pray and cry aloud, and He shall hear my voice! He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me.
 
It's pretty clear in the course of life, each day, that a battle rages against us in the spiritual realm. That is the reality of this life. But it is God's plan to perfect us and teach us obedience. Even Jesus learned obedience through the things that he suffered. The really great news is that this battle inspires us to call on God to save us. Evening, morning and at noon we are constantly reminded of our need to draw near to the Lord and His Word assures us that He hears our voice and redeems us in peace. What a beautiful plan He has for our life.
